When Do You Deliver?

For household fresh milk deliveries we offer a twice weekly late afternoon/evening delivery service:

Mon & Thur

Tue & Fri

We'll advise which route you fall on when we have your first order.

Wholesale available Monday to Saturday

What are the cut off times?

Please note new orders or delivery instructions have a cut off time- this is to allow us to process the correct volumes of milk and organise local produce

Monday/ Tuesday delivery- please advise us by 5pm Thursday

Thursday/ Friday delivery please advise us by 5pm Tuesday

The  Cut off days are strict on our Bread, Veg and Fruits

Do I Have To Have A Delivery On Both Days?

No if you don't need a delivery on each delivery you can choose which of the two drop days for your area that we come to you.

What Time Do You Deliver?

For household deliveries we aim to deliver between 16:00 & 23:00 so that you have the freshest produce in your fridge before you go to bed!  In the warmer months we advise making a cool box available so that the produce stays chilled until you collect it.

How Can I Pay?

Our preferred method of payment is direct debit but we also accept bank transfer, cheque or cash payments.  If you'd like to pay by card you can use Paypal or over the phone.

Please remember that we have a credit limit for deliveries and these will be suspended if payments are not made on time.

When Will I Be Billed?

You'll receive an automated bill via email unless other wise agreed every other Monday for payment immediately to ensure deliveries are kept timely.

Can I Set Up A Regular Order?

Yes, simply contact us & we can get you set up

Can I Change My Regular Order?

Yes, simply send us an email or call 01233 822084 letting us know the changes.  As long as we get them before 9am the day before your next delivery we can make the changes.

What Do I Do When I'm Going Away?

All you need to do is send us an email letting us know the dates & we'll pop your orders on hold.

How Fresh Will It Be?

The reason we do evening deliveries as opposed to milkmen in days gone by is to ensure that you get milk from the same days milking.  You won't find fresher milk arriving on your doorstep anywhere in the county!

Do You Use Glass Bottles?

YES! We love our glass bottles & the traditional process of reusing them time & time again.
